Informal Talks can be general, providing information and tips on how to improve eating habits. This type of talk maybe useful for all sorts of groups who meet on a regular basis, for example mother and baby groups, weight loss groups and support groups.
Healthy Eating Training can be more structured than a general talk. For example considering which nutrients are required by the body, which foods provide them and how you can combine these to achieve a well balanced diet.
Training can be tailored to suit the needs of the group and can include information on how diet can improve a specific condition, for example mental health and well being, heart disease or stress.
Corporate Training can be designed to suit any organisation wishing its employees to benefit from more energy and motivation that can come with an improved diet. This could be a half or full day or even a lunch time session.
